Postal follow-up of care for childhood cancer survivors
<p>Improved treatment for childhood cancer means that more children and young adults are surviving the disease. With a growing number of survivors, ways of accommodating them for follow-up healthcare surveillance must be devised. This article describes the use of a nurse-led, postal-questionnaire for this patient group as a method of managing the increasing number of childhood cancer survivors.</p>
