Taking the lead and extending the role of lung cancer clinical nurse specialist
<p>Leadership is central to the delivery and continuous improvement of cancer services. This article reports how a lung cancer clinical nurse specialist (CNS) took on a leadership role as the lead clinician and developed a range of extended roles in order to improve access and the patient experience.</p>
