<p>Bullying is not confined to any specific age, gender or culture. It can happen in any kind of workplace and professional status in no way precludes an individual from being the victim of such behaviour. Bullying can be defined as ‘behaviour of an aversive nature which, over a period of time, proves distressing to the recipient’.</p>
