Shoulder injury: a case study
<p>Acute shoulder injuries are regularly seen in A&E (Nicholson and Driscoll 1997) and are known to have a substantial effect on movement, which impinges on the activities of daily living (Roper et al 1990). It is therefore important that correct diagnosis and treatment is prescribed for the patient to reinstate normal function.</p>
