Conference presentations: a guide to writing the abstract
<p>Conference presentations have been acknowledged as a potentially effective strategy to encourage the dissemination of nursing knowledge (Ashworth 1996, Cleary and Walter 2004, O’Neill and Duffey 2000) and to assist in overcoming the apparent reluctance of nurses to write for professional and refereed journals (Mee 2003, Mulhall 1996, Stepanski 2002).</p>
