Exploring the effect of conducting sensitive research
<p>The term ‘sensitive research’ has become recognised in health and social care research literature generally. It has been used to describe a wide range of topics, undertaken across a variety of disciplines and settings, using a range of methods. Drawing on evidence from other disciplines, this article examines the particular issues and effects that arise for nurses in carrying out sensitive research as the field continues to evolve.</p>
