COVID-19: the experiences of a frailty specialist community rapid response team

COVID-19 affects all age groups, but older people living with frailty tend to be affected the most. This article provides an overview of changes made to service delivery in response to COVID-19 by a community-based team caring for older people living with frailty. The authors’ purpose is to share the lessons learned by the team.
