A model for successful change management
<p>This article focuses on how nurses can successfully implement the change process using the organisational change model proposed by Leavitt et al (1973). The author discusses how this particular model could be used proactively to embrace the changes outlined in Agenda for Change and the Knowledge and Skills Framework (Department of Health 1999).</p>
