Using diaries to identify CPD needs
<p>To understand better the ways in which nurses identify their continuing professional development (CPD) needs, the RCN institute commissioned a research project conducted by the centre for educational development, appraisal and research, planned as the first stage in a longer-scale collaboration. the empirical component of this project was a pilot study carried out between april and july 1999.</p>
