Nurse prescribing in mental health

<p>This article presents a suggested clinical management plan for a community psychiatric nurse who is prescribing for older adults with mental health needs. The scope of the clinical management plan and the attendant professional and legal responsibilities are discussed. An antidepressant medication review is used to illustrate mental health prescribing decisions.</p>
