A locum general practice nurse who failed to complete clinical records for 77 patients has been allowed to continue practising, following a fitness to practise (FtP) hearing. Elizabeth Edunsin was referred to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) after an audit of her records identified missing patient notes. It came after a nurse at a GP practice where she had worked discovered there were no records of a patient’s immunisation, the FtP panel was told.
