Primary care patients with learning disabilities in Doncaster are benefiting from the introduction of GP information resource packs. The packs, developed by the community learning disabilities health action team at Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH), aim to improve patient communication and understanding of health matters
