Care mapping will improve standards
<p>Care mapping could high-light areas of staff weak-ness and help improve standards of person-centred care. That was the message delivered by Michelle Persaud and Sue Jaycock, two learning disability nurses who have spent three years studying how the lessons learned from mapping patients with dementia could be translated for the learning disability field.</p>
