Having a say
<p>people with learning disabilities have not, historically, been treated well by the NHS. So says the government’s White Paper on health care outside hospital, published earlier this year. Campaign groups would agree. The obvious question, then, is whether Our Health, Our Care, Our Say will change anything.</p>
